Post A Patch is a community project in which people from around the globe knit/crochet patches and send them to us. We then make these patches into beautiful blankets and donate them to charity.

Blankets not only keep us nice & cosy, they make us feel safe and loved. No matter who you are, where you are, or what your circumstances, these are two of the most important things to feel, we think. So we aim to gift these colourful handmade blankets to people in need, to give them a little hope and a big woolly hug.
